Services. R & J RV Repair Mobile provides RV Maintenance, RV Plumbing Repair, RV Suspension Repair, Fifth Wheel Repair, RV Roof Repair, RV Cleaning, RV Electrical Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. R & J RV Repair Mobile disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, R & J RV Repair Mobile's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify R & J RV Repair Mobile from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. R & J RV Repair Mobile may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
